Spokane Falls Boulevard Closed For Construction

Crews have started tearing up Spokane Falls Boulevard in the heart of the University District. The boulevard, between Division and Hamilton, will be closed until mid-May as road crews rebuild the roadway. KXLY4's Tania Dall reports.
