SoNo rental belfry architecture checkup

Condo construction in Chicago may have come to a virtual halt, but there's a significant number of new rental projects underway. We went out earlier today to take a look at four of Chicago's Near North rental towers that are under construction. In this video we stop at SoNo II which is being built just a block south of the Lincoln Park neighborhood, just west of Halsted St in an area with little residential development but a huge array of retail shops, bars, restaurants and theater.
