Mussadi Lal, who has a habit of singing verses of Hindi songs in his dialogue, is conversing with his younger brother Pappu about their deceased fathers will. Pappu is boggled by his plan to distribute the assets into two parts. Mussadi explains his plan of constructing new shops. They decide to visit the municipal office in order to get the necessary permits. At the municipal office, Mussadi beats Shuklaji. He must now travel his way into getting his work done through Shukla, Patel, Bhatia and Usha. How will Mussadi sort this mess?
