Russell Investment Center Construction Timelapse (formerly WaMu Bank Center)

The Washington Mutual Bank Center/Seattle Art Museum project was under construction from approximately early 2004 to early 2007. Now the building tower is known as Russell Investment Center and the Seattle Art Museum still owns its portion of the project. The project site is in downtown Seattle bordered by Union Street on the north, 2nd Avenue on the east, 1st Avenue on the west and the existing Seattle Art Museum on the south.
